About the Facility

This section tells you what is available at the Palladium and what you should bring or purchase for your apartment-style suite.

Palladium Services & Amenities

Reception Desk and Security: 24 hours, 7 days a week

Air Conditioning: Palladium is air-conditioned.

What to Bring: linens (special size - XL twin bed), blanket, pillow, towels, a small desk lamp and other personal items. Any stereos must also include headphones.

Kitchen and Bath: There is at least one full bath per suite. Full kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. RESIDENTS MUST SUPPLY OWN KITCHEN SUPPLIES, SUCH AS POTS AND PANS.

Telephone: local service, call waiting and long distance service are available for additional fees. RESIDENTS MUST SUPPLY OWN TELEPHONE AND ANSWERING MACHINE. You might consider purchasing a phone among your suite.

Cable television: University cable service provided; residents must supply television and cable connectors.

Laundry: coin-operated laundry located on 3rd floor.

Mail: Sorted daily into residents' mailboxes (see MAILING ADDRESS section).

Special Features: Palladium Athletic Facility located on lower levels, includes full range of athletic workout equipment, a swimming pool, climbing wall, aerobics and spinning rooms, lockers and basketball court.

Building Accessibility: Electronic card swipes and elevators provide security and convenience for the residents of Palladium. If you are not able to utilize these features due to religious observances, the front desk reception staff is available to assist you (8 am - 11 pm, 7 days a week).
